Rachel is a dedicated paediatric occupational therapist with a strong passion for early intervention, using a relationship-focused, play-based approach to support the development and well-being of young children. She believes in a neurodiversity-affirming practice, recognising and fostering each child’s individual strengths and needs within the context of a positive and supportive therapeutic relationship. She completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) on the Sunshine Coast, giving her a strong connection to and understanding of the local community.

Charlotte works collaboratively with children and families to support skill development across everyday activities, including play, self-care, learning, and social participation. She takes a family-centred, strengths-based approach, tailoring therapy to each child’s unique needs and interests. Her areas of focus include building confidence and independence, emotional regulation, fine and gross motor skills, and sensory processing, always aiming to create meaningful and functional outcomes that support participation in daily life.

Outside of work, Charlotte loves staying active through fitness and coastal walks. She enjoys creating content, spending time with friends and family, and discovering new healthy recipes.
